What data we process
- Data you give us: your name, email address and any other information you include when you fill in a contact form or write to us.
- Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and equivalent technical data, collected in aggregate form to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
We do not process special categories of data, and we do not make automated decisions producing legal effects on individuals.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To answer the enquiries and requests you send us. Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send you updates about our projects and services, only where you have expressly consented. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure and to improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with the legal obligations that apply to us (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as our relationship with you lasts and, after that, for the limitation periods of any legal obligations arising from it. Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. It may be accessed by the suppliers that provide us with services (hosting, email, analytics and support tools), always as processors and under a contract requiring them to process it solely on our instructions.
Where a supplier is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given us. To do so, write to [email protected] stating which right you wish to exercise.
We will respond as soon as possible and in any case within one month. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
